Housebuilder signs £15m new homes deal
Housebuilder Vistry Group has signed a £15m deal to bring 60 homes to Towcester Road, Northampton, in partnership with emh Group.
The site already has outline planning permission and the application to approve the reserved matters has recently been submitted.
The new development will consist of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes through Vistry’s, Countryside Partnerships brand. The firm has agreed a Section 106 settlement of £550,000 of investment in the local community.
