Leicester firm expands portfolio with acquisition of tech company

Leicester-based Bellrock Property & Facilities Management has announced the acquisition of Mobiess, a  provider of integrated mobile data collection solutions tailored to the facility and asset management sector.

Mobiess will operate within Bellrock Technologies under the leadership of managing director and chief technology officer Adam Smith.

Karl Horner, managing director of Mobiess, said: “I believe that Mobiess will truly transform Bellrock’s field service delivery. I am looking forward to introducing Bellrock customers to Mobiess, and exploring the insight and value this will deliver alongside Concerto’s powerful capabilities.
