Recruitment firm invests £2.5m in new office space

The new offices in Moorgate

Nottingham-based executive recruitment firm Forsyth Barnes has moved into a new £2.5m office in London – double its space in the capital.

The new office, in Moorgate, includes media wall equipped with a 98-inch screen, enabling collaboration with teams from Forsyth Barnes’ Nottingham and New York offices.

The firm will also use the space to host client events and training and development sessions.

A designated wellbeing room supports Forsyth Barnes’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. It provides a private area for prayer, a space for personal phone calls that require discretion, and will be used to give new parents returning to work a private setting to ease their transition back into the professional world.

“We are thrilled to open our new London office, marking a significant milestone in Forsyth Barnes’ journey to become the fastest-growing company in the world.” said the company’s co-founder, Scott Parsons.

He added: “It is a testament to our resilience and, strategic vision, and I have no doubt that our new London office will serve as a hub for collaboration and innovation, further strengthening our ability to provide outstanding service to clients and fuelling our growth even in challenging times.”
