Air IT swoops for fellow managed service provider

Lincolnshire-based managed IT service provider SCS Technology Solutions has been bought by Nottingham-based counterpart Air IT.

SCS was founded in 1995 by Jerry Parker, while Air IT has 11 offices across the UK and specialises in managed IT services including fully and co-managed IT support as well as cloud infrastructure, modern workplace and communication solutions.

Air IT also has a specialist division in managed cyber security.
