CEO of people consultancy steps down

The CEO of Talk Staff is set to stand down after 15 years with the business.

Gary Parsons will become a non-executive director at the firm, which has offices in Belper, Derby and Nottingham. He will concentrate on speaking and charity work.

Managing director, David Orange, and operations director, Richard Stokes, will remain in position.

Parsons said: ““I’m excited about this new chapter where I can spread the word about the importance of mental health and wellbeing and share the knowledge I’ve acquired first-hand as CEO of Talk Staff.

“I will continue to support our board of directors and co-founder David in my new strategic role, as the wider team and our amazing customers continue to go from strength to strength.”
