Based in Nottingham, Retail Assist will collaborate with Barron McCann, headquartered in Derby, to offer IT help desk and field maintenance support to Papa Johns 470 sites across the UK.

The services will cover first and second-line support, monitoring of systems in stores, and management of hardware and software issues.

Kevin Greathead, managing director of Retail Assist, said: “Our expertise in supporting different sectors, coupled with our commitment to high availability services, makes us the ideal partner for Papa Johns as they continue to expand and innovate in the competitive hospitality market. We are thrilled to welcome Papa Johns to our growing family of clients.”

Meanwhile, Barron McCann will offer field maintenance support, ensuring a four-hour response time for critical issues.

Retail Assist became part of the Barron McCann family earlier this year, following its acquisition by Alan Watson, the executive chairman, and owner of the technology service provider.
