Engineering firm selected on £6.6m housing provider framework

BSP Consulting, the civil and structural engineering firm headquartered in the East Midlands, has been selected to join the £6.6m Professional Services and Consultancy Framework of Keystone Developments.

The appointment includes three different categories including civil and structural engineering services for new residential construction projects, development of extra care facilities, and refurbishment initiatives.

Keystone Developments, a subsidiary of the Longhurst Group, forms part of one of the largest housing groups in the Midlands and East of England, managing over 24,000 homes.

BSP is based in Nottingham and have offices in Leicester and Derby.

The four-year framework is accessible to various organisations, including Longhurst Group, Nottingham Community Housing Association, Tuntum Housing Association, Lace Housing, Norton Housing and Support, YMCA Derbyshire, Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, Lincolnshire YMCA, Framework Housing Association, Lincolnshire Rural Housing Association, and YMCA Robin Hood Group.
