Dessert restaurant eyes up international expansion in growth plans

A Derby-based dessert restaurant is set to expand its footprint across Dundee, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Middlesborough, and London’s Elephant & Castle in its latest growth plans.

It has also been revealed that Heavenly Desserts has joined forces with a former Pizza Hut franchisee to accelerate its growth plans in the capital.

Earlier this year, Heavenly Desserts unveiled its 55th UK venue in Sutton Coldfield, with aspirations to reach 100 restaurants by 2026.

The brand is also exploring opportunities in Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan, and has initiated talks regarding entry into the Indian market.

The brand’s co-founder Yousif Aslam said: “We’ve worked hard to perfect our premium dessert dining offering and we pride ourselves on guest experience that’s second to none, alongside the consistent innovation of our menu. Whether it’s an exciting new dessert concept, a seasonal discount, or our upcoming spring campaign, our team works incredibly hard to constantly breathe new life into our brand offering, and opening further stores within London will take us ever closer to our goal of launching 100 UK-wide restaurants.”
