IT service provider strengthens portfolio with Scottish acquisition

An IT service provider based in Nottingham has expanded its reach into Scotland by acquiring SoConnect.

Supported by private equity firm August Equity, Air IT has ventured into Scotland, marking its thirteenth acquisition and its first in Scotland.

This deal follows closely after of Air IT’s acquisition of SCS Technology Solutions in Lincolnshire.

Clients of IT provider, SoConnect will now have access to Air IT’s services, including 24/7 network and security operations support.
