Pair of logistics firms sold in double swoop

Logistics firm GBA Logistics has acquired Derbyshire-based counterparts The Silver X Group and Bow Distribution and Warehousing.

Preston-based GBA intends to keep the brand names of Silver X and Bow, and the existing management teams led by Gavin Burgess, managing director and founder, will join the GBA family.
