Property adviser completes sale of two Midlands hotels

The sale of two hotels in the Midlands, Forest Lodge Hotel and Hadley Park House. has been completed by property adviser, Christie & Co.

Hadley Park House, a Grade II listed property located in Telford has been acquired by a local businessman. The four-star hotel has 22 bedrooms and is a popular wedding and events venue.

Forest Lodge Hotel is a hotel, pub and restaurant in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire. The property was under the same ownership for 17 years and has now been purchased by an overseas buyer.
