Manufacturer completes international acquisition

Eminox, a manufacturer of advanced emissions technologies has announced the acquisition of UK and US-based SaveGuard.
The move enhances Gainsborough-based Eminox’s capacity to deliver emission-reduction technologies to customers worldwide.
SaveGuard, known for its technical, thermal and acoustic insulation products, has manufacturing facilities in Ashton-Under-Lyne, UK, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA.
It designs and produces automotive products for vehicle exhausts, including acoustic and thermal insulation materials, Katpak, Thermoplastic, knitted products, bespoke sleeves, insulation jackets, and heat shields.
The acquisition also includes the FireHalt product line, known for its market-leading cavity fire barriers designed and manufactured in the UK.

In the coming months, Eminox will visit customers, build new relationships, and offer better emission reduction solutions. This will focus on industries like on-road vehicles, agriculture, construction, and rail, which are all facing stricter emissions standards.
