Sprinkler system specialist sold to fire prevention and testing firm

A Kettering-based sprinkler system specialist, CT Fire Protection, has been sold to Compliance Group.

Founded in 1995 by Curtis and Toni Waters, CT Fire Protection specialises in fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps, as well as dry and wet risers, fire hydrants, and fire hose reels.

The transaction was managed by KBS Corporate, integrating CT Fire Protection into Compliance Group’s Fire Division.

Compliance Group’s Fire Division provides a range of fire prevention, detection and suppression services to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

In addition to its Fire Division, Compliance Group includes divisions for Electrical Safety & Testing and Water Hygiene & Testing.
