Bargain retailer joins the line up at Derbion

Derbion has announced the arrival of bargain retailer B&M, offering customers branded products at low prices across groceries, homeware, toys, health and beauty.

The retailer is set to open a 25,503 sq ft store on Friday 26 July 2024.

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: “B&M is synonymous with great value. We’re committed to offering variety to our customers and it’s fantastic to welcome B&M to our broad range of high street names, premium brands and everything in between. The arrival of B&M forms part of our wider evolution designed to maximise opportunities for existing brands alongside new retailers. With further new lettings to announce soon, it’s set to be another year of growth for Derbion.”

The arrival follows the announcement that over £5m  is being invested at Derbion in three new stores for JD, New Look and Ann Summers, with Ann Summers opening its doors last month.

JD will more than double the size of its existing space to 20,175 sq. ft at the end of the year.

A spokesperson from B&M said: “We are delighted to be opening our new store in Derby, and we hope customers are going
to be delighted with their new store. Customers can expect to find a wide variety of branded groceries for the best possible price including a range of food, drink, and pet food. There will also be a fantastic selection of quality health and beauty products, homeware, electricals, DIY essentials, toys, games, gifts, and plenty more to explore.”
