Landmark office hits the market in Nottingham
NG Chartered Surveyors, have landed a major instruction to sell the freehold of one of Nottingham city centre's landmark buildings.
Offers in excess of £4m are being asked for Pennine House, the home of law firm Nelsons.
Pennine House sits on Stanford Street in the heart of Nottingham city centre. The 23,229 sq ft building is a mid-19th Century warehouse which has been converted to office occupation across base, ground and five upper floors.
