Funding secured for student accommodation project
Banking firm, OakNorth, has provided OMNI Developments SPV with funding for a new student accommodation project in Nottingham.
The six-storey, 222-bedroom building on Radmarsh Road will feature 148 en-suite rooms and 74 studios, along with a 'winter garden' offering co-working, dining and entertainment spaces.
Omni Developments was given the go-ahead to build the scheme on Radmarsh Road in Lenton in 2019, with construction work starting earlier this year.
