Well-known corporate finance professional lands new partner role

Accountancy firm UHY Hacker Young has appointed Nick Carr as partner in its corporate finance practice.

Carr brings with him over 25 years of experience – and previously spent 18 years as part of the corporate advisory team at Deloitte in Nottingham.

He has helped complete transactions across his career to date with a combined value in excess of £2bn.

Carr said: “I am thrilled to become a partner at UHY Hacker Young. I have known the firm for a long time and it has a very strong reputation in both the London and Nottingham markets. It has delivered strong growth in recent years and I am looking forward to developing the corporate finance offering and team and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.”
