Logistics firm lands new Nottingham office space

A logistics firm has secured a new office in Nottingham with assistance from NG Chartered Surveyors.

Wincanton, a supply chain partner for British businesses, has moved into the 5,454 sq ft Unit 2B at Vickery Way, Chilwell.

Located in Chetwynd Business Park, the office is a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rated, two-storey building and includes 21 parking spaces.

The transaction was facilitated by NG’s associate director, Charlotte Steggles, representing a private landlord.
