Plans submitted for over 360 homes in Derbyshire

Plans to build over 356 residential units, a drive-thru restaurant and business units in Derbyshire have been submitted.
Derby property developer Wheeldon Brothers and landowner Carol Diana Purpose are seeking permission for the residential development on land off Sir Frank Whittle Road in Derby.
According to planning documents, out of the 356 residential units, 100 would be houses, while 256 would be classed as adorable housing apartments.
Along with the homes and drive-through, the application also requests approval to construct 16 business units.
Public consultation on the proposal is open until 3 October.
