Software firm swoops again with international acquisition
A Loughborough-based provider of business management software has acquired a US firm which specialises in guest engagement for restaurants and convenience stores.
Access Group’s acquisition of Paytronix marks the largest acquisition for the Loughborough firm, aiming to strengthen its presence in the US market while supporting Paytronix’s growth and expanding its reach.
Paytronix will retain its name and integrate with select Access products, extending its service offerings across a broader client base.
Paytronix’s platform, used by over 1,800 brands at 50,000 locations, offers tools for online ordering, loyalty programs, mobile apps, and payments.
By combining resources, Access and Paytronix will improve guest experience solutions, enabling businesses to meet evolving customer needs.
