Gallery and tea room relocates to Nottingham’s retail quarter
A gallery and tea room has relocated to Nottingham city centre in a move facilitated by NG Chartered Surveyors.
Debbie Bryan has set up at 4-6 St Peter’s Gate in Nottingham’s retail quarter. Its Nottingham and Ruddington locations display hand-crafted collections and tea rooms that offer homemade menus.
The gallery also runs craft workshops open to all ages.
Alicia Lewis, surveyor at NG, brokered the deal on behalf of a private landlord client.
Bryan said: “St Peters was recommended to us by Alicia. We initially felt the space was maybe too large for us. Alicia was a fantastic sounding board to help us explore how we could utilise this new larger space, always available as we navigated our relocation.”
Alicia Lewis, surveyor at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “Debbie Bryan is one of Nottingham’s true homegrown success stories. I’m sure this move to larger premises on St Peter’s Gate will only drive Debbie and her team to greater success. Debbie has used all her talent to transform this first-floor space; she’s turned a blank canvas into a colourful crafting wonderland – and the tearoom is just as impressive. We’re delighted to have played a part in Debbie’s expansion and look forward to watching her company grow even further.”
