200 Degrees reveals first expansion since Caffe Nero takeover

Nottingham-based coffee roaster and coffee shop operator 200 Degrees has bought its first site since it was bought by Caffe Nero earlier last month (October).

BOX Property has brokered a deal for the firm to open at Junction 32 shopping outlet in West Yorkshire. The new shop will be open in time for Christmas.

BOX Property director, Ben Tebbutt, said: “The Junction 32 outlet centre was an obvious choice following on from our success at McArthur Glen, York, Cannock and Junction 29.

“Caffé Nero are committed to growing the 200 Degrees store portfolio and we are looking forward to being part of the ongoing journey.”

BOX says it is are looking to acquire further sites for the brand in shopping centres, high street, outlet centres and retail parks. Target locations include: Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, York, Harrogate, Sheffield, Nottingham, Birmingham, Durham, Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath, Oxford, Cambridge, Norwich, Peterborough and Cardiff.
