Golf club tees off in Leicester with new indoor experience

Nineteen Golf Club is gearing up to open at Stoughton Grange in Oadby, bringing a new approach to the game of golf.

Once a farm shop, the 4,000 sq ft space has been reimagined as an indoor golf venue.

Featuring four TrackMan simulators, visitors can play on over 300 iconic courses, including St Andrews and Augusta National.

Co-founder Nish Vegad said: “We are thrilled to bring Nineteen Golf Club to Leicester. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment for everyone, whether they’re looking to improve their game, compete in tournaments, or simply socialise with friends in our luxurious bar. Golf is more than a sport—it’s a way to connect with others, and we hope this space caters to all.”

A Community and Family Fun Day will be held on Sunday, November 24, to celebrate the opening.

Visitors can enjoy free simulator sessions, win prizes, and meet the team behind the club.

Nineteen Golf Club will also offer Silver, Gold, and Platinum memberships. These include access to its indoor facilities, special member events, and discounts on food and drinks.

Innes England director Joe Reilly, who secured the 10-year lease for the premises, said: “This is a fantastic addition to Leicester’s leisure scene. It offers a unique alternative to traditional bars and restaurants while embracing the growing demand for experience-led venues. The site at Stoughton Grange was the perfect match for their vision, and I’m excited to see how it transforms the community.”
