Restaurant up for sale as owners look to retire

Harbour Lights, a restaurant and venue at Burton Waters Marina near Lincoln, is up for sale as the current owners look to retire and focus on other ventures.

Business property advisers Christie and Co have been instructed to market the property, looking at an asking price of £850,000.

Recently refurbished, the restaurant offers views over the harbour and is situated in the heart of the marina village.
