Proposal unveiled for multi-million-pound retail and leisure park
Plans have been revealed for a new multi-million-pound retail and leisure park in Burton upon Trent.
Developer Maplevale is spearheading Shobnall Retail Park, with a mix of retailers and services including the relocation of Marks and Spencer (M and S) from Burton Town Centre, which will feature a new Simply Food store. Tenpin will also introduce a state-of-the-art 24-lane bowling alley, marking a return of bowling to Burton after a long absence.
