On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Nottingham-based marketing agency Repeat Digital has started 2025 strong, as the firm welcomes two new hires in the space of a week.

Kez Moogin joins the company as a creative marketing executive, bringing a fresh skillset to the agency with design and branding.

He will be responsible for driving new leads to the business through targeted marketing campaigns while enhancing Repeat’s presence on social media.

Baz Keshwala quickly followed as the latest hire, taking on the role of senior PPC account manager.

Keshwala has more than ten years of experience in paid media, previously working both in-house and within agencies to create campaigns which boost online visibility and generate leads and sales for clients.

He said: “Joining the team offers an exciting opportunity to contribute my expertise to their already impressive growth. My main ‘plan of attack’ is to implement cutting-edge strategies that not only drive exceptional results for clients but also help elevate Repeat’s standing in the industry.”

Founder Olly Fisher said: “With two fresh faces joining the business at the start of the year, we should be in a prime position to make 2025 our best year yet. PPC has always been our bread and butter, so having someone as experienced as Baz strengthens our core offering, while Kez’s creative flair for design will help to elevate the quality of our marketing and how we engage with potential clients.”
