NG Chartered Surveyors has secured another management role at the University of Nottingham’s Castle Meadow Campus.

Already responsible for managing Mowbray House, the 57,000 sq ft home of law firm Browne Jacobson, NG will now take on the management of Building F, a 39,000 sq ft space set to become the second University of Nottingham Innovation Park (UNIP).

UNIP’s new hub will focus on data, design and digital innovation, offering serviced workspaces designed to bring together businesses, entrepreneurs and university expertise.

The Castle Meadow Campus, formerly HMRC’s headquarters, was acquired by the University in late 2021 and spans seven buildings covering over 351,000 sq ft.

A 200-seater event space is also set to open in the summer of 2025.

The campus is already home to The King’s Trust’s East Midlands hub, the finance and tech hub INFINITY, Connect Nottingham and Nottingham University Business School’s education team.

Jude Weston, director at NG Chartered Surveyors said: “We are thrilled to be appointed by the University of Nottingham to manage another of their buildings at Castle Meadow Campus and look forward to working further with the University and with Alice, Ian and their team as they settle into their new home.”

Alice Cooper-Reeve, CEO and Ian Underdown, COO, of UNIP added: “It has been a great experience working with the NG team. They share our values to work collaboratively and build trust. Having NG on hand to support our community within the building adds huge strength to the campus offering.”
