Duncan & Toplis continues growth plans with Derby acquisition
Duncan & Toplis has expanded into Derbyshire with the acquisition of Underwood Green.
The deal sees the Pride Park-based accountants join the accountancy and business advisory firm as Duncan & Toplis continues its acquisition spree.
All Underwood Green staff, including directors Gary Underwood and Richard Green, will stay with the company and continue operating from its current location.

Duncan & Toplis has locations across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, North London and now Derbyshire.
The latest expansion follows Duncan & Toplis’ recent acquisition of North London-based ALG.
