Family-run wholesaler set to appoint administrators
A Nottinghamshire importer and wholesaler is set to call in administrators, TheBusinessDesk.com understands.
Geko Products, which operates from a 10,000 sq ft warehouse near Newark, has filed for administration via law firm Shoosmiths.
The company was founded in 2014 by Clare and Chris Cheetham and supplies retailers with wholesale products such as artificial plants, furniture, trinket drawers, homewares, clocks and giftware.
In its latest, unaudited accounts, Geko Products was carrying stock worth £245,792 and made a loss of £84,620.
