Property developer gets green light for four new projects

Hockley Developments has secured planning permission for four new projects across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
The approvals were granted over a three-week period, starting on February 19.
The first project, approved for Smith Crescent in Coalville, Leicestershire, involves the construction of six three-bedroom houses, one two-bedroom supported living bungalow, two one-bedroom supported living bungalows and 14 one-bedroom supported living apartments.
The plans also include private roads, parking, and amenity spaces.
On March 5, planning permission was granted for a site at 57 Mansfield Road in Sheffield.
The development will feature two four-bedroom semi-detached houses and 15 supported living apartments in a two-storey block.
It will also include communal spaces, staff areas, parking and cycle storage.
On March 7, approval was given for a site at 2-4 Regent Street in Kimberley, Nottinghamshire.
The project will involve the construction of a three-storey building with 12 supported living flats, as well as external parking and amenity areas.
Lastly, on March 11, planning permission was granted for a site at Dupont Gardens, Liberty Road, and Tatlow Road in Leicester.
This project will see the demolition of existing garages and the construction of four two-bedroom supported living dwellings, along with access, parking and landscaping improvements.
