Award-winning Derbyshire restaurant reopens after makeover

The Dovecote Restaurant at Morley Hayes has reopened following a refurbishment.
The two AA rosette restaurant in Morley, Derbyshire, has been redesigned with a fresh look, featuring new wallcoverings, seating, lighting and decor in teal, turquoise, and earthy tones.
A new menu has also been introduced, crafted by head chef Nigel Stuart, focusing on local produce and seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant has also invested in new crockery from Denby and Royal Crown Derby to complement the dishes.
Staff have been provided with new uniforms in keeping with the restaurant’s updated style.
