Vision Express eyes long-term future in new premises

Vision Express has moved into new premises in West Bridgford in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.
The company has taken Unit 1 at the Landmark Building in the centre of the affluent suburb and has undertaken a full fit-out.
Oliver Marshall of FHP Property Consultants, who acted on behalf of a landlord client, said: “We are delighted to have completed this letting to Vision Express, upsizing them into a prime space in the town and securing the long term future of the property for the landlord. The fit out that they have carried out is really incredible and a far cry from how the unit looked previously.
“The retail property market in West Bridgford remains strong, with continued demand from both national and independent occupiers keen to be part of the area’s vibrant mix of retail, cafés and restaurants. With limited supply and sustained interest, West Bridgford continues to be one of the most sought-after retail locations in the Nottingham region.”
Chris Scourfield, head of property, and Chloe Lakin, regional estates manager at Vision Express, acted on behalf of the tenant company.
Jas Landa, director of Charterspace the landlord, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Vision Express to the building, it’s a great outcome all round. It’s been a pleasure working with Oliver and FHP to bring Vision Express into such a prominent location. A lot of time and effort went into making this happen and I’m glad to see the unit transformed and back in active use. West Bridgford continues to punch well above its weight. Long may that continue!”
