VIDEO: Council looking for buyer for site with planning consent for 75 homes
A site which has planning consent for 75 homes in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, is up for sale.
Acting on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, Heb Chartered Surveyors has been instructed to identify a buyer for the Nottingham Road site, which is next the Avant Homes’ Hackett Grange Development, where development is underway.
