World’s largest hybrid workspace operator opens Leicester base
International Workplace Group (IWG), the world's largest hybrid workspace platform with brands including Spaces and Regus, has opened a 9,000 sq ft flexible workspace in Guildhall Lane, Leicester.
According to IWG, the owners of the building decided to invest in the International Workplace Group platform to "maximise the return on their real estate space by capitalising on the rapidly expanding demand for hybrid working".
The new offices will operate under the Spaces brand name.
