Green light for £25m Riverleen House redevelopment
Nottingham City Council has approved plans to transform the landmark Riverleen House on Electric Avenue into residential apartments.
The £25m redevelopment by ALB Group will see the conversion of the former Experian office building into 118 one-bedroom and studio flats.
These new homes will be ideally located for junior doctors and professionals working at The Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham University’s King’s Meadow Campus, and throughout the Nottingham area.
