Fresh plans push multimillion-pound redevelopment to next level
Plans have been revealed to add more residential units to a Nottingham redevelopment project.
Riverleen House, located on Electric Avenue and formerly occupied by Experian, already has permission to be transformed into 118 studio and apartment units.
Now, Nottingham-based ALB Group has now lodged proposals to convert the top-floor space into additional one and two-bedroom homes.
