Derbyshire entrepreneur launches first bee therapy pod
A Derbyshire entrepreneur is preparing to launch a bee-based wellness concept in the Midlands, introducing a new form of nature-led therapy aimed at tackling stress and anxiety.
Kristina Samuels, an experienced beekeeper based in Barrow upon Trent, is behind the venture, Beeconscious, which centres around a purpose-built “bee air therapy” pod. The facility allows visitors to relax in a wooden cabin positioned above active beehives, where they can experience the warmth, scent and low-frequency vibrations generated by the bees.
