Fletchers swoops for Freeths legal teams

Fletchers Group has agreed to acquire the clinical negligence and Court of Protection teams from Freeths in a deal that will add 42 staff to the business.

The transaction will see 21 clinical negligence specialists join Fletchers Solicitors, while a further 21 Court of Protection staff will move to EMG, the standalone Fletchers Group business led by Emma Gaudern.
