Atelier backs £12.5m Derbyshire housing scheme
Development finance lender Atelier has completed a £12.5m facility to support the delivery of 37 new homes in Matlock, Derbyshire.
The funding will back a 24-month ground-up residential scheme delivered by Stancliffe Homes, comprising 26 private properties and 11 affordable homes.
It includes a mix of detached houses and bungalows, ranging from three to five bedrooms, each with private gardens and parking.
