GFDE appoints new vice chair as board leadership reshuffle continues

Grimsby Fish Dock Enterprises (GFDE) has appointed David Flear as vice chair.

Flear succeeds Simon Dwyer, who is preparing to take over as chair following the appointment of Andrew Oliver as chief executive. Oliver had chaired the board for the past four years.
