Plans for 885 homes approved after seven year wait
Plans for a major residential development of 885 homes on farmland in Leicestershire have now been formally signed off, bringing a long-running planning process to completion seven years after the original submission.
Developer Urban&Civic GE Estates first lodged proposals in December 2019 for land north of Hinckley Road in Kirby Muxloe.
