Wates expands land platform with Manor Oak acquisition
Wates Land & Development, part of the Wates Group, has announced the acquisition of Midlands-based land promoter Manor Oak Homes.
Northamptonshire-based Manor Oak Homes, led by founder and managing director Will Main, brings a portfolio of 52 maturing, high-quality sites into the Wates business.
The deal positions Wates as one of the UK’s largest land promoters and supports the creation of a dedicated Midlands-focused operation.
