Recruitment group returns to profit as revenues top £48m

Leicester-based Barker Ross Group has returned to operating profit after growing revenues by more than 6% during its latest financial year.

Newly filed accounts show turnover increased from £45.6m to £48.4m in the year to 30 November 2025, while the recruitment specialist posted an operating profit of £465,000, compared with an operating loss of £427,000 a year earlier.

Pre-tax profit remained broadly unchanged at £1.3m.
