Construction begins on retail element of Edwalton mixed-use scheme
Construction has started on a new retail unit at a mixed-use development in Edwalton, with a Sainsbury’s Local set to anchor the commercial element of the scheme.
Developer Charterpoint has appointed Derby-based Davlyn Construction to deliver the 4,000 sq ft convenience store, which is being built on land at the corner of Rose Way and Melton Road near Nottingham.
