J2O owner faces High Court battle over glamping cabin photo

Soft drinks giant Britvic is facing a High Court copyright dispute after a Northamptonshire couple accused the company of using a photograph of their glamping cabin without permission.

Amanda and David Robinson, who run the Magic Mushroom Cabin, claim an image of the site was used to promote a J2O competition during summer 2025 without their consent.
