£1.9m funding boost to unlock 159 affordable homes across East Midlands
A £1.94m funding package has been secured by Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) to support the delivery of 159 affordable homes across four East Midlands developments.
The investment, awarded through the East Midlands Combined County Authority’s Brownfield Housing Fund, will help bring forward housing schemes in Newark, Arnold, Warsop and Chesterfield, providing a mix of affordable rent, social rent, shared ownership and supported accommodation.
