Technology-led logistics group northstarr has expanded its UK operations with the acquisition of fourth-party logistics specialist X2 (UK), strengthening its portfolio of supply chain and transport businesses.
Legal advice on the deal was provided by Flint Bishop, which acted for the shareholders of Hinckley-based X2 throughout the transaction.
X2 has seen rapid growth since the Covid-19 pandemic, building a reputation as one of the UK's fastest-growing fourth-party logistics (4PL) providers.
