Medical device manufacturer gets a new backbone after global takeover
Chesterfield-based medical device manufacturer SpineCorporation has been acquired by US healthcare company OrthoPediatrics Corp, in a cross-border deal supported by a team of specialist advisers.
SpineCorporation designs and manufactures spinal orthotic products for children and adults with spinal disorders. The acquisition will see the business become part of OrthoPediatrics, expanding its presence in the specialist healthcare market.
