Merchant Place Homes restarts Market Rasen housing scheme
Merchant Place Homes has taken ownership of a residential development in Market Rasen, restarting construction and setting out plans for its future expansion.
The Lincolnshire scheme, previously known as Fox Hollows, has been renamed Ridings Park following the change in ownership.
The developer says the new identity reflects its plans for renewed investment and a fresh approach to completing the project.
Work has now resumed on site, with the immediate focus on delivering the remaining eight properties from the first phase.
