£58m retrofit programme enters second year with 750 homes targeted
Lovell Renew has begun the second year of a three-year programme to improve the energy performance of thousands of social homes across Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire and Peterborough.
The refurbishment and retrofit specialist is delivering the work for social housing provider Amplius through the £58m Wave 3 Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund programme.
